These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from ASICID. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place orders.
1. General
These Conditions supersede all earlier conditions of ASICID.
2. Definitions
- Price: the price paid by the Customer for the Product excluding carriage and any credit surcharge, as stated on the Order Confirmation.
- Order Confirmation: the acknowledgement of the Customer's order sent by ASICID.
- Dispatch Email: the email confirming acceptance and dispatch of the order.
- Product: any hardware or other goods supplied by ASICID.
3. Ordering & Payment
- 3.1 Descriptions and images are for guidance; minor errors or differences may occur.
- 3.2 Payment may be made via Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Ethereum; orders ship after funds clear.
- 3.3 If a pricing error is found before dispatch, you may reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- 3.4 Obvious mispricing may void fulfillment even after dispatch emails.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery dates are estimates; ASICID is not liable for delays. If you receive the wrong product, contact Customer Services for collection and redelivery or refund.
- 4.2.1 Report damage within 30 days of delivery.
- 4.2.2 Report lost or short items within 30 days.
- 4.2.3 Claims outside these windows may be denied.
- 4.2.4 Equipment distributed by ASICID is insured by ASICID.
5. Guarantee
- 5.1 Return items in original packaging with prior authorization; back up your data before returns.
- 5.2 Non-faulty returns may incur handling and carriage fees.
- 5.3 This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Products are warranted to be of satisfactory quality for typical uses. This excludes defects from wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
6.2 Clearance Products carry a 2-year warranty unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product, except where law requires otherwise, including for death or personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or non-excludable statutory obligations.
- 6.5 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (income, business, profit, savings, data, or management time).
7. Import Duty
- 7.1 ASICID handles customs and fees where applicable.
- 7.2 We comply with destination-country laws and regulations.
8. Customer Obligations
- 8.1 You are responsible for selecting compatible products.
- 8.2 Images are illustrative.
- 8.3 Specifications are based on manufacturer information.
- 8.4 Provide reasonable cooperation and information to ASICID.
9. Entire Agreement
These terms and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between us. Variations require written confirmation by a director.
10. Marketing Emails
Marketing communications are intended solely for the addressed recipient and may contain proprietary or confidential material. If received in error, please notify the sender. Recipients are responsible for virus checks. Images are illustrative; offers may be time-limited and available only online unless stated otherwise.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
12. Variation of Terms
We may update these terms to reflect legislation, market conditions, or company policy. The contract applies under the terms in force at the time of the Dispatch Email.
